This is arios, started in the summer of 2021- Founded by a 17-year-old with a deep love for coffee and a background in the restaurant industry. The vision was simple: bring true coffeehaus-level beverages to any event, in any location.

To make that possible, an arios original small footprint trailer was designed and built from the ground up.

Meet arios one - Hudson Valley’s original espresso trailer, and first official home. Based out of Newburgh, arios one served private events, community gatherings, and shoppers of the Newburgh Vintage Emporium, including a cafe presence inside NVE’s Ware-house location.

In August 2024, arios prepared to open its first brick and mortar space at 60 DuBois Street in Newburgh - a thoughtfully designed coffee shop intended to deliver the full arios experience. Due to zoning complications, the grand opening was placed on pause.

Rather than pause momentum, we quickly searched for a new chapter. That chapter arrived in Port Ewen, NY - In partnership with Ball & Claw antiques what began as a conversation with the owner quickly became a renovation, and soon after- arios Port Ewen opened its doors, and after a year of building momentum our lease at Port Ewen had ended. This pivot brings yet another chapter, focused on establishing a permanent flagship home - designed with intention from the ground up.
